What’s live on Sky Sports today? TV guide and listings plus how to watch on Sky Sports App and NOW

The Vitality Blast is back live on Sky Sports on Friday evening with a repeat of last year’s final as defending champions Somerset take on Essex at Taunton.

The match is live on Sky Sports Cricket and Main Event from 6pm.

This week’s golf triple-header continues with the second round of the US Women’s Open live on Sky Sports Mix from 5pm, with world No 1 Nelly Korda bidding to bounce back from her nightmare opening round.

Rory McIlroy is once again in contention at the RBC Canadian Open which is live on Sky Sports Golf from 5pm, following on from the European Open in Germany for which second-round coverage gets under way at midday.

There is an early Super Rugby double-header on Sky Sports Action with play-off places up for grabs in the final round of regular-season fixtures as Crusaders host Moana Pasifika (8am) before the Waratahs clash with the Reds (10.30am).

There is also an evening Super League double-header with leaders St Helens facing a showdown with Catalans Dragons live on Sky Sports Action from 7.30pm and Huddersfield taking on Hull FC live on Sky Sports Arena from 7.40pm.

Raceday Live on Sky Sports Racing features the Flat meetings at Chepstow (1.20pm to 5.15pm) and Doncaster (5.45pm to 8.50pm).
