SCOTTSDALE, Arizona — The PGA Tour is in full swing and while there’s still some time between now and the first major of the season when the Masters comes around in April, the Phoenix Open — know as “The Biggest Party in Golf” — will not disappoint. The final round of the Waste Management Phoenix Open is Sunday, Feb. 11, with coverage beginning at 1 p.m. Eastern on the Golf Channel and 3 p.m. Eastern on NBC.
While the WM Phoenix Open does not have the same prestige of one of the majors, the purse in Arizona is still a sizable $8.8 million. Also the winners of tournaments on the PGA Tour can earn a spot in the majors by winning and performing well, so there’s a lot on the line for everyone involved.
